Product Introduction:

Rubber pumps are used in extrusion systems for elastomers and easily degradable plastics. This type of pump features a special internal structure with efficient self-cleaning capabilities, making it suitable for rubber and elastomer extrusion. It is typically installed between the extruder outlet and die head for pressure boosting, pressure stabilization, and metering.

PVC, BR, CR, EPDM, NBR, SBR, natural rubber, and other easily degradable materials

Installation Method:

The X Series melt pump can be installed in various ways. The pump input shaft can be arranged horizontally or vertically (both upward and downward); the drive system generally includes: motor, reducer, universal coupling, pump connector, reducer connector, etc.; the complete equipment includes melt pump, inlet/outlet connectors, drive system, control system, etc. Customers can select according to specific conditions.
