Zhengzhou Heiko Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise engaged in the R&D, production and sales of melt pumps, high-temperature melt extrusion pumps, screen changers, high-precision filters, and precision control systems (PLC). As one of the earliest domestic enterprises specialized in manufacturing melt gear pumps and screen changers, we independently develop and produce a series of high-temperature melt gear pump products (MP-S, MP-M, MP-H, MP-C series) and screen changer products (HK-ACB, HK-SSP, HK-FSP, HK-DP series). Currently, our screen changers and melt gear pumps have been widely applied in production lines of chemical fiber, pelletizing, plastic film, sheet, plate, profile, pipe, wire & cable, wire drawing, composite extrusion, etc. The processable materials cover almost all major polymer materials, including PE, PC, PP, PVC, HIPS, PS, PA, TPUR, fluoropolymers, polysulfone, polyester, thermoplastic elastomers, rubber, and thermal adhesives. Our products have also been successfully applied in biodegradable materials such as PBAT, PBST, PLA, PLC, and PPC.
