Zhengzhou Haike Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and supplier of melt pumps, high-temperature melt extrusion pumps, screen changers, high-precision filters, and precision control systems (PLC).

The hydraulic station is composed of a pump unit, a manifold block or valve assembly, an oil tank, an electric control unit and an accumulator. It serves as the power system for screen replacement and cleaning of screen changers. The motor of the hydraulic station drives the oil pump to rotate, and the pump sucks oil from the oil tank for supply, converting mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic station. After the hydraulic oil is regulated for direction, pressure and flow through the manifold block (or valve assembly), it is delivered to the oil cylinder or oil motor of the hydraulic machinery through external pipelines, thereby controlling the direction change, force magnitude and speed of the hydraulic actuator to drive the hydraulic machinery to do work. Hydraulic stations are divided into two types: accumulator type and ordinary type. The accumulator type hydraulic station is usually used in single-plate and single-column screen changers, which will cause material cut-off at the moment of screen changing, so energy must be stored to achieve instant screen changing. The non-accumulator type is usually used in double-plate and double-column screen changers, where one screen changing component is always in operation during the screen changing process without material cut-off. In this case, the screen changing must be stable to minimize the impact on downstream products.
The hydraulic power unit consists of a pump unit, a manifold block or valve assembly, an oil tank, an electric box and an accumulator.
Pump Unit: The motor and oil pump are the power sources of the hydraulic station, converting mechanical energy into the pressure energy of hydraulic oil.
Manifold Block: Composed of hydraulic valves and channel bodies, it regulates the direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil.
Valve Assembly: Mounted on the device panel with oil pipes connected to the back of the panel, it has the same function as the manifold block.
Oil Tank: A semi-closed sheet metal welded container, equipped with an oil filter and an air filter for oil storage, cooling and filtration.
Accumulator: A device for storing energy.
The motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the pump sucks oil from the oil tank for supply, converting mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic station. After the hydraulic oil is regulated for direction, pressure and flow through the manifold block (or valve assembly), it is delivered to the oil cylinder of the hydraulic machinery through external pipelines, thereby controlling the direction change, force magnitude and speed of the hydraulic actuator to drive various hydraulic machinery to do work.
