The double-column double-station screen changer is designed with a special sealing structure and a dual-flow channel. Two screens can be used simultaneously. During screen changing, one screen remains in operation while the other is being replaced, realizing non-stop material flow and uninterrupted production, which truly achieves on-line screen changing without shutdown. It improves the quality of products and meets customers' production requirements for higher capacity and better product quality.
The double-column double-station quick screen changer can be matched with production lines of various hot melt adhesives, adhesives, coatings and other mixture products, and is used for material blending and filtration. It is especially suitable for the production of cast film, plate and sheet with excellent effects, achieving capacity increase, energy saving and no waste material generation.
