This screen changer is designed with a double-column filter cartridge structure and an ultra-large filtration area, which reduces the frequency of screen changing and prolongs the screen changing interval. It enables on-line screen changing without shutdown and is equipped with a material priming and exhaust device that can fully remove gas from materials. It completely solves the problem of air bubbles easily generated during screen changing, ensures product quality and improves production stability.
It is suitable for plastics such as PP, PE, PS and PET, and is especially applicable to wire drawing and granulation of recycled materials with high impurity content.
