The double-plate double-station quick screen changer adopts dual-screen simultaneous application. During screen changing, one screen works while the other is replaced, without interrupting the material flow and achieving non-stop screen changing. With two filtration units operating simultaneously, its filtration area is twice that of a single screen, meeting the extrusion production requirements of all polymers. The uninterrupted filtration during screen changing causes no obvious fluctuation to the extruder production, improving the stability of product quality. It can withstand high melt pressure, and the reliable sealing structure enhances the sealing effect.
The double-plate double-station quick screen changer features automatic compensation for sealing gaps, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and no material leakage with a large filtration area, making it suitable for high-yield equipment. Non-stop screen changing increases output and saves energy consumption. It is easy for screen changing, operation and maintenance, and is widely used in extrusion production lines such as granulation, pipes, plates, sheets, cast films and so on.
